SoulLynk offers a growing collection of digital and physical products, including poetry collections, eBooks, reflective guides and workbooks, mugs, apparel, and other emotionally meaningful products.

How will I receive my digital product?

Digital products are delivered electronically. After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive access to your download. No physical item will be shipped when purchasing a digital-only product.

I didn't receive my digital download. What should I do?

First, check your email inbox and spam or junk folder. Make sure you are checking the same email address you used when placing your order. If you still cannot access your purchase, contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.

Are SoulLynk mugs and apparel made to order?

Some of our physical products may be created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, please allow additional processing time before your order is shipped.

How long will shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the product and destination. Estimated delivery information will be provided during checkout when available. Please remember that production times, holidays, weather, customs, and carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, SoulLynk may offer shipping to select international destinations. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout based on your location.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been prepared and shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Because some SoulLynk products are made to order and digital products may be delivered shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once processing has begun.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Can I return a digital product?

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, they are generally not returnable once delivered, except where otherwise required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us so we can help.

SoulLynk products are created around our own brand concepts, writing, poetry, reflections, and designs. Our words are meant to reach beyond decoration and become reminders you can return to during different seasons of your life.
